Antagonist at Work is about the hidden forces that quietly resist progress inside every organization. Rather than attempting to activate people around abstract ideals, mission statements, or even goals, real alignment forms when leaders can clearly name what must be overcome—complacency, distorted incentives, rigid systems, comforting stories, habits, and institutional set points that keep teams stuck.

The Antagonist is rarely a person and almost always a force: sometimes it looks like stability or tradition, but over time it can harden into drift, stagnation, and decay. This work explores culture, conflict, and organizational psychology with a practical aim: help executives identify the real resistance, sharpen strategy, and mobilize teams toward meaningful change, without turning the Antagonist into a scapegoat.

Hi, I’m Brad

I help leaders carry the weight they were never meant to shoulder alone. For more than 30 years, I have convened and guided diverse senior teams inside companies, government entities, and global nonprofits through the hard but necessary work of finding clarity, building common ground, and owning a shared purpose.

I’ve walked in the shoes of the leaders I now work with. I’ve been a founder, principal, CEO, chief of staff, and board chair. I know firsthand the strain of scattered strategy, cultural drift, and stalled momentum — and how costly it becomes when alignment never comes.

Drawing on decades of multicultural listening, leadership, and training — including an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD (Singapore) and a certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford — I bring hard-earned wisdom and a deeply empathetic approach. I’m the co-founder of the Personality Profile™ framework and have helped hundreds of executive teams sharpen identity, shape culture, align strategy, strengthen communication, and move into the future with courage.
